Privacy Policy — Tafsir Ibn Kathir Kurdish
This policy explains how the Tafsir Ibn Kathir Kurdish mobile application handles information. The app provides Kurdish tafsir content and Quran reading features.
Information the app handles
- Offline reading data: Tafsir content is downloaded from our server and saved on your device so the app can work offline. Bookmarks and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Optional feedback: If you choose to send feedback, we receive the message you write, its subject/category, and the optional Quran context you select.
- Basic technical information with feedback: To help diagnose a report, feedback may include device model and manufacturer, operating-system version, app version, display characteristics, and device language. Our server also uses a one-way hash of the requesting IP address only to limit abuse of the feedback form.
What we do not collect
The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, payment information, advertising identifier, or browsing history. It does not show ads and does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
How we use information
Optional feedback and its technical context are used only to respond to or investigate reports, improve the app, and protect the feedback service from abuse. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with advertisers or other third parties.
Security and retention
The app communicates with our service over HTTPS. Feedback is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle it and improve the app. Local bookmarks and preferences remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app.
Your choices
Sending feedback is optional. You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of feedback that you submitted, contact us and include enough detail for us to identify the report.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
