1. Who We Are

View Market is a grocery delivery application operated by Bazrgan ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@bazrgan.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — when you register or sign in:

• Full name (display name)
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Password (stored as a secure hash; we never see your plain-text password)

Delivery information — when you place an order:

• Delivery addresses you save (street, coordinates)
• Order details (items, quantities, notes)
• Order and payment history

Location data — when you use the address picker or order tracking:

• Your device GPS coordinates — used only to help you select a delivery address and to display your active order on the map. We do not track your location in the background.

Device information — for push notifications:

• Device token / push subscription ID (used solely to deliver order status notifications)
• Device platform (iOS / Android) and device name

Usage data — we do not collect analytics or advertising identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send order status notifications (accepted, out for delivery, delivered)
• Allow you to track your delivery in real time
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve the app and fix issues

We process your data on the legal basis of contract performance (to deliver your orders) and legitimate interests (app security and improvement).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Google Maps Platform — to display maps, geocode addresses, and show delivery routes. Google Privacy Policy
• OneSignal — to deliver push notifications about your orders. OneSignal Privacy Policy
• Bazrgan API — our own servers, hosted securely, where all order and account data is stored.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties beyond those listed above.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@bazrgan.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

7. Children's Privacy

View Market is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data (via Profile → Edit Profile)
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

9. Location Permissions

The app requests location permission (while in use) to allow you to pick a delivery address on the map. We do not request background location access. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings; doing so will only affect the map-based address picker — you can still enter an address manually.

10. Push Notifications

We send push notifications to inform you of order status changes (e.g. "Your order is on the way"). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings. This will not affect your ability to place orders or track deliveries within the app.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of View Market after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
